Nepal Flash Flood Live Updates: The death toll from the catastrophic flash flood that devastated several parts of Nepal earlier this week has risen to at least 389, as of Friday morning. Meanwhile, in Tibet, according to Chinese state media, at least three people died and 558, including 260 foreigners, were missing. Both Nepal and China have warned of fresh risks of flooding in the Himalayas as two lakes that have developed on either side of their border threaten to burst in the area most severely impacted by the natural calamity.
