The company said the interim dividend will be paid on July 31, 2026, to shareholders whose names appear in the Register of Members or as beneficial owners in the records of the depositories as on July 15, 2026, the record date fixed for the dividend payment.
Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) on Thursday declared an interim dividend of ₹12 per equity share of face value ₹1 for shareholders after its board approved the audited standalone and consolidated interim financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026.
The company said the interim dividend will be paid on July 31, 2026, to shareholders whose names appear in the Register of Members or as beneficial owners in the records of the depositories as on July 15, 2026, the record date fixed for the dividend payment.
TCS also informed exchanges that its board approved and took on record the audited standalone interim financial results and audited consolidated interim financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026.
