At the end of the June quarter, promoter entities held 60% stake in Capri Global Capital while public shareholders held 40% stake in the company, as per data available on the stock exchanges.

Last month, Capri Global's Rajesh Sharma told CNBC-TV18 that in the first quarter, the company saw some increase in delinquency. He said bulk of the increase is in stage 2 is from gold loans. He added that the gold loan portfolio delinquency remains under control.
Sharma said the company's gold loan customers increased to 7.48 lakh, up by 5-6% from last year while the gold loan-to-value was at 71%.
The company is planning to add 400 new branches in gold loans. The company's per-branch assets under management (AUM) were around 19 crore, he said.
Sharma added that the company will be able to maintain this net interest margin (NIM), with return on assets at 4.5% and return on equity in the 20-21% range.
Shares of Capri Global Capital were trading 0.4% up at ₹345.78 apiece at 9.40 am on Friday. The stock has gained 7.7% in the past month and is up 32.6% this year, so far.
