Kotak Mahindra Investments Ltd. has appointed Hiren Vora as its chief financial officer and key managerial personnel, effective September 1, 2026, following the resignation of Siddarth Gandotra.
The company’s board, at a meeting Thursday, noted Gandotra’s resignation as CFO and key managerial personnel, effective at the close of business on August 31. The board subsequently approved Vora’s appointment from the following day.
Gandotra will continue in his role through August 31 before Vora takes charge, ensuring an immediate transition in the company’s finance leadership.
Kotak Mahindra Investments disclosed the changes under the Securities and Exchange Board of India’s listing regulations. Details relating to Gandotra and Vora were included in annexures accompanying the regulatory filing.
