Will treat any attack as all-out war: Iran warns Trump over military action

Iran has warned Donald Trump that it would treat any attack on Tehran as an "all-out war against us" a day after the US President said a "big force" of American warships was headed towards the violence-hit Middle East country. A senior Iranian official said the Ayatollah Khamenei regime would ensure that "everything at its disposal" would be used to push back against what he called constant military threat from the US.
