The incident, however, did not result in any major injuries. A 55-year-old woman, who was driving the Camry, was taken to a nearby hospital. She sustained some minor injuries.

Plane crashed on Florida highway
A small plane in the United States’ Florida crashed on a freeway on Monday, striking a Toyota Camry car. The Beechcraft 55 Baron, a light, twin-engined, fixed-wing civil utility aircraft, was attempting to make an emergency landing when it crashed into the Camry on Interstate-95 in Merritt Island around 5.45 pm, as reported by Fox News.
A car, which was right behind the Camry, filmed the entire incident. The footage shows that the Camry was travelling on the Florida highway when the plane landed on the top of it and then crashed down slightly to its left. It further skidded onto the road in front of the vehicle.
The incident was witnessed by multiple people who shared their accounts of the crash. As per The New York Times, an eyewitness named Peter Coffey noted that he expected the plane would not hit the car; however, the wheel collided with the backside of it.
However, the incident did not result in any major injuries. A 27-year-old pilot and a 27-year-old passenger, who were present on the plane, were not injured. Meanwhile, a 55-year-old woman, who was driving the Toyota Camry, sustained minor injuries and was taken to the nearby hospital.
Following the incident, the United States Federal Aviation Administration will launch a probe to examine the reasons behind the emergency landing, noted The New York Times.
