Sensex Today | Stock Market LIVE Updates: The Indian markets have managed to traverse past the volatility of expiry, as the Nifty index is up over 100 points, recovering from early losses. The index is now above the 25,850 mark. The Sensex index has risen over 300 points, with the index rising to 84,600. Kotan Mahindra Bank, Eternal, Jio Fin, Dr Reddy, Maruti and Grasim are among the major losers.
Sensex Today | Stock Market LIVE Updates: The Nifty index is surging past some expiry day volatility as the 50-stock index is down with a deficit of around 50 points. The index is now above the 25,800 mark. The Sensex index is fighting back, with the index now trading with a rise of around 150 points. The 30-stock index is now below the 84,300 mark.
For Nifty, 25,800 is the key level, and the index would look to sustain and survive the sell-off to retain that level.
The Nifty bank index is also in focus, as the banking index is up over 170 points, stumbling onto the 58,800 mark.
Some of the biggest losers at the bourse, especially among the Nifty 500 stocks, include Tata Tele (Maharashtra), Balrampur Chini, Godfrey Philips, Honasa, MMTC and Deepak Fertilisers, among others
