Sports Minister Aroop Biswas on Tuesday resigned over the chaos that erupted during football star Lionel Messi’s event in Kolkata. Biswas wrote to West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee, stating that as an investigation into the mismanagement during the Messi event is underway, he wishes to resign.
