Reports suggest, Apple could bring the new iPhone 17 models in early September, which is just a few weeks from now and the countdown has surely started.

Samsung launched its new foldables in July, and Google Pixel 10 series is going to be announced later this month. But the big fish Apple iPhone 17 series launch is probably the most awaited event once again. We’ve come across a wide array of leaks around the iPhone 17 series, including the rumoured Air model, which is a clear sign of Apple already having the products in place for the big launch.

iPhone 17 Launch Date Rumours: What Reports Say Now

Apple’s launch date was first speculated by Bloomberg and now a German telecom operator has shared their own timeline, suggesting the iPhone 17 launch could happen on Tuesday, September 9.

The operator further points out that Apple will make the iPhone 17 and 17 Pro series models available on shelves from September 19 which is a Friday, usually the day when the company makes its new products available.

iPhone 17 Series Launch In September: Price And Specs Expected

iPhone 17 Pro series is expected to get a wide range of upgrades this year and now reports have come out which talks about the iPhone 17 Pro Max battery size which could be Apple’s biggest ever. The latest iPhone 17 Pro model launching this year will carry a 5,000mAh battery, as highlighted in a Weibo post by tipster Instant Digital.

The iPhone 17 model is expected to get the dynamic island along with a 120Hz display but without the ProMotion adaptive refresh rate tech. With all these upgrades and the tariff risk hanging over Apple’s head, the iPhone 17 series launch price could be higher than last year.

The iPhone 17 Pro price, going by the rumours, could start around Rs 1,39,900 which will be a significant bump on the iPhone 16 Pro launch price of Rs 1,19,900 last year. The iPhone 17 Pro Max price could go as high as Rs 1,64,900 when it launches this year.
