Iran's foreign minister is set to meet a group of foreign leaders in Geneva today, where a message may be conveyed to Iran that a diplomatic solution to the ongoing crisis is still possible. US markets were shut on account of the Juneteenth holiday on Thursday and they will have two days of cues to digest when trading restarts later this evening. Oil prices have risen with Brent crude crossing the mark of $78 per barrel. Gold prices have not moved higher as experts believe that haven bets are currently being diverted towards Silver and Platinum. The US Dollar index is near the mark of 99.
