Britain’s Prince Andrew on Friday announced he would give up using his title of Duke of York following pressure from his brother, King Charles III, after new disclosures emerged about his connection to late sex offender Jeffrey Epstein.
“I will… no longer use my title or the honours which have been conferred upon me," the 65-year-old royal declared in a surprise statement.
Andrew said the move came after talks with King Charles III, the reigning monarch and head of state.
