Sensex Today | Stock Market LIVE Updates: The Nifty index is now trading with gains of over 80 points, as the index is now below the 25,000 mark. The Sensex index has cooled from the early gains, trading with gains of 250 points. The index is up 81,500. The tech stocks have once again taken the charge, with Wipro, TCS, Tech Mahindra, HCLtech among the major gainers.
Sensex Today | Stock Market LIVE Updates: The Nifty index is trading with gains, as the 50-stock index is up close to 90 points. The index is now below the milestone mark of 25,000. The Sensex index is also surging, with gains of about 300 points. The index is above the 81,300 mark.
The Nifty Bank index is trading with gains of over 300 points. In the broader market, the Nifty Midcap 100 index is trading with gains of 450 points; meanwhile, the Nifty Smallcap is trading with an uptick of 0.63%.
This comes after Donald Trump, in a Truth Social post, rekindled the frozen equation between India and the US, and said that trade negotiations between the two are ongoing
IT stocks continue to lead the charge, as Wipro, TCS, Tech Mahindra, HCLtech continue to be the major gainers.
Some of the biggest gainers among the Nifty 500 stocks are Welspun, IGIL, Oracle Fin, Himadri, Vardhaman Textile, and Tanla Platforms, along with other, are trading with major gains.
