The Nifty is up over 200 points, rising above 24,600. The Nifty Bank is also higher, jumping over 530 points, rising to 57,600. ITC, Shriram Fin and IndiGo are top gainers.

The indices are moving stronger, taking off from where they had left off in the previous week. The Nifty is up 200 points, jumping to 24,600. The Sensex is up over 600 points, rising to 78,600.
The Nifty has crossed the barrier of 24,600, hitting the mark for the first time since April 2026. The Index has now surged to a 5-month high.
The Nifty Bank, though, continues to struggle, with 57,500 continuing to act as a hurdle.
Today will also see the introduction of the new Closing Auction Session (CAS), so trading in stocks with F&O contracts will go on till 3:40 PM. Watch for stocks like Maruti, ITC, Divi's Laboratories, CDSL, Dixon Tech, Zee Entertainment and more.
