Stock Market Live Updates: The Gift Nifty is now down 450 points. The Nifty did recover on Wednesday but could not sustain at higher levels. Oil prices still hover around the $105 a barrel mark. 23,000 remains the key for the index, while holding 51,000 will be key for the Nifty Bank. Currency markets will open for trade after Wednesday's holiday and will react to the latest steps by the RBI.

Stock Market Live Update: The futures market has been pushed off the ledge as GIFT Nifty hints at a 450-point gap down after Donald Trump doubled down on his war of choice against Iran and said that he will hit Iran hard for the next 3 weeks. Brent Crude prices have now surged to $105.
Multiple moving parts dominate Nifty proceedings on the final trading day of yet another truncated week. Today is the Sensex weekly expiry.
The Nifty did recover on Wednesday but could not sustain at higher levels. Oil prices still hover around the $100 a barrel mark. 23,000 remains the key for the index, while holding 51,000 will be key for the Nifty Bank.
Currency markets will open for trade after Wednesday's holiday and will react to the latest steps by the RBI. Companies have already begun reporting their Q4 and FY26 business updates, and plenty of action is expected on that front too.
Keep an eye on oil sensitivities, Varun Beverages, Karnataka Bank, V-Mart and V2 Retail, Hero MotoCorp, NMDC and other stocks.
