Sensex Today | Stock Market LIVE Updates: The Nifty bulls walk into the mid-week trading session awaiting cues on all fronts. There is Donald Trump's threat of "substantially" increasing tariffs on India within 24 hours. There is the RBI policy announcement that takes place today.
There are earnings and of course earnings reactions from last evening. The Nifty has been fairly resilient despite the tariff uncertainties, managing to defend key support levels, as it did so on Tuesday as well. 24,600 on the downside remains the key for the index.
Rate sensitives like auto, realty, and of course financials will be in focus due to the RBI policy and all eyes will be on the commentary for the road ahead amidst these potential headwinds.
Among earnings, Hero Moto Corp, Bajaj Auto, Bharat Forge, Pidilite, Divi's Laboratories, Trent, Blue Star, PFC, IRCON, HUDCO, are some of the many companies reporting results today. We will also have reactions from stocks like Bharti Airtel, Bharti Hexacom, Gujarat Gas, Torrent Power, among others.
