Paras Defence and Space Technologies Limited has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Complus Systems Pvt Ltd and JV Micronics on Tuesday, April 28, to collaborate on opportunities in specialised chamber solutions.

In an exchange filing, the company said the three firms will jointly explore projects in India and overseas for the design, development, manufacturing, installation and servicing of anechoic and semi-anechoic chambers.

Under the arrangement, Paras Defence will act as the consortium leader, overseeing the design, development, manufacturing and installation of the chambers, along with associated filters and engineered points of entry.

The company will also lead business development efforts and represent the consortium in external engagements.

Complus Systems will provide technical expertise, including instrumentation procurement and engineering support, while also participating in project execution.

JV Micronics will contribute manufacturing, integration and support services for RF absorbers and related solutions.

Shares of Paras Defence and Space Technologies Ltd gained following the announcement, rising to the day's highs. The stock was trading 0.64% up at ₹813.30 as of 12.27 pm, it has gained over 36% in the last month and more than 42% in the past year.
