OnePlus 15R India launch day is finally here and we will also see the new OnePlus Pad Go 2 tablet announced at the same event in Bengaluru later today. Both these devices are part of the popular lineup across different price ranges and OnePlus will be hoping the early move gives buyers a good option to upgrade.
The company has revealed the design and some of the core hardware that will be part of the OnePlus 15R while the Pad Go 2 details like screen size and its battery have been announced.

The OnePlus 15R India launch is going global on December 17, 2025 and you can watch the livestream on the OnePlus YouTube channel starting from 7:00 PM IST on Wednesday.

OnePlus 15R comes with the new Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 chipset and also packs a massive 7,400mAh battery. It features a dual rear camera system with the brand confirming the main 50MP sensor with OIS. The new 15R also gets a 165Hz display like the flagship 15 and also uses the same DetailsMax tech for the imaging output. The front is confirmed to have a 32MP shooter with 4K video recording support and autofocus support.
And finally, the phone is confirmed to feature the biggest battery from the brand at 7,400mAh with support for 80W wired charging speed heavily tipped.
This week’s leak suggests the OnePlus 15R price in India could start over Rs 45,000 without bank offers.
The OnePlus Pad Go 2 is also eagerly awaited, not only because of the bigger 12-inch display but also getting 5G support for the first time in the segment. It gets Stylo support for notes and scribbles and you should get the new OxygenOS 16 version running out of the box. OnePlus Pad Go 2 could launch for over Rs 25,000.
