State-owned construction major  NBCC India Ltd on Thursday (February 26) said it has received work orders worth approximately ₹775.27 crore from the Delhi Development Authority (DDA) for the comprehensive redevelopment of staff quarters in New Delhi.

The projects include the redevelopment of Old Rajinder Nagar staff quarters valued at ₹437.79 crore and Safdarjung Development Area staff quarters valued at ₹337.48 crore, excluding marketing fees to be determined later.

Both contracts are in the normal course of NBCC’s business and will be executed as project management consultancy services. The redevelopment will follow a self-sustainable model, with a portion of the built-up area (BUA) sold to fund the project, while the remaining BUA will be allocated for DDA staff use.
