Israel-Iran War News Today Live Updates: Following a joint missile strike by Israel and the United States on Iran on February 28, tensions have heightened in West Asia, with Tehran targeting American military bases in the region. In the joint strikes, Iran’s Supreme Leader, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, was killed along with his daughter, grandchild, daughter-in-law, and son-in-law. Thereafter, Iran launched attacks on the United Arab Emirates, Dubai, Beirut and Oman, further widening the conflict.

The UAE has strongly condemned Iranian missile attacks targeting both the UAE and the “sisterly” Sultanate of Oman, calling them a “dangerous escalation” and announcing the immediate closure of its embassy in Tehran along with the withdrawal of its ambassador and diplomatic staff.
