G R Infraprojects Limited has received a Letter of Acceptance (LoA) worth ₹1,453.57 crore from the Highways Authority of India for a highway upgradation project in Gujarat, the company said in a regulatory filing on March 30.
The project involves converting an existing two-lane carriageway into a four-lane divided carriageway on a stretch of NH-56. The scope covers a 60.21 km section from Nasarpore village in Umarpada Taluka to Malotha village in Vyara Taluka.
The contract has been awarded under the Hybrid Annuity Mode (HAM) and pertains to Package-VI of the broader highway project. The total contract value stands at ₹1,453.57 crore, excluding GST.
The company said the project is scheduled to be completed within 910 days from the appointed date. It also clarified that the contract has been awarded by a domestic entity, with no involvement of related parties or promoter group interest in the awarding authority.

The project is part of ongoing efforts to strengthen road infrastructure and improve connectivity along the NH-56 corridor in Gujarat.
Shares of G R Infraprojects ended 1.80% lower at ₹790 on the NSE.
