Videos posted by Iran English showed massive blasts at around 20 kilometers from the city of Qom.

According to Iran’s health ministry, Israeli strikes have killed 224 people since the beginning of the conflict on June 13.

Chief of the UN atomic agency, Rafael Grossi, said that Iran told the agency that Israel attacked the Fordow enrichment plant on Friday — the first day of the military conflict — which implies that Israel hit three core sites of Iran’s nuclear programme, The Wall Street Journal reported earlier. Israel had also hit the Natanz enrichment site in last week’s attack. Among other attacks, Israel hit the Isfahan Nuclear Facility and Uranium Conversion Center. With this, Israel became the first country to hit all three major nuclear sites (Natanz, Isfahan, Fordow).

Israel’s Kan News reported that satellite images showed significant damage at Iran’s Natanz enrichment site, including the facility’s power station.

Latest reports suggested that the Iranian ballistic missile struck the Haifa refinery in Israel. This comes a day after Israel targeted energy and nuclear sites in Iran in a new escalation of tensions between the two warring nations.

Israel-Iran Conflict – Day 4

Israel and Iran fired missiles at each other for yet another night on Sunday. Sirens were heard in Jerusalem, the Israel Defence Forces said. Missiles were also seen in the skies over Tel Aviv also, forcing people to take shelter. Several of the projectiles fired by Iran were intercepted by Israel’s air defence system.

The Iranian strikes on Tel Aviv and Haifa were “the most intense since the start of the war", Al Arabiya reported, citing the Israeli media. A salvo of around 100 missiles was launched from Iran towards Israel, according to reports this morning.

According to a post by RT , a large fire broke out in the city of Haifa after the strikes. It also quoted unnamed Israeli officials saying that four people were injured in the attack.

Israel fired missiles back at Iran in retaliatory strikes.

This is the latest wave of attacks in the biggest-ever clash between the two longtime rivals, which has already killed many civilians and raised concerns about a larger war.

The military said multiple locations in Israel were hit by Iran’s missile barrage.
