Ashley St. Clair, who says she shares a child with TElon Musk, joined the escalating feud between the Tesla boss and US President Donald Trump with a pointed message. On X (formerly Twitter), Ashley St. Clair wrote, “Hey @realDonaldTrump lmk if u need any breakup advice", as tensions flared between Donald Trump and Elon Musk.
Ashley St. Clair made headlines earlier this year when she revealed she had given birth to Elon Musk’s child. She has since filed a paternity suit in New York seeking formal recognition from Elon Musk. The case includes photographs of Elon Musk with the child and screenshots of alleged text conversations between the two.
Ashley St. Clair publicly disclosed the relationship on Valentine’s Day in a post on X, adding further scrutiny to Elon Musk’s personal life.

The online spat comes as Elon Musk publicly spoke against Donald Trump, criticizing the US President over a proposed bill and alleging that the Trump administration withheld information about convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein.
In a post on X, Elon Musk suggested that the Epstein documents were being suppressed because they potentially implicate Donald Trump. He also criticized the US President’s proposed import tariffs, warning they could trigger an economic downturn.
Donald Trump responded to Elon Musk on Truth Social, saying, “I don’t mind Elon turning against me, but he should have done so months ago." He went on to accuse Elon Musk of benefiting from federal contracts and subsidies, writing, “The easiest way to save money in our Budget, Billions and Billions of Dollars, is to terminate Elon’s Governmental Subsidies and Contracts. I was always surprised that Biden didn’t do it."
