Dubai, UAE, Abu Dhabi, Bahrain War News, Airport Flight Status Today News LIVE Updates: Air travel across the United Arab Emirates (UAE) began to take off as airlines resumed limited operations following days of suspension due to the ongoing Israel–Iran conflict.
An Emirates flight, EK 500, landed at Mumbai’s Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Airport, while the first flight from Abu Dhabi touched down at Kempegowda Airport. Another service landed safely at Delhi’s Indira Gandhi Airport and Chennai Airport amid heightened tensions in West Asia.
Earlier on Monday, Dubai Airports confirmed a partial restart of operations from Dubai Airport and Dubai World Central – Al Maktoum . However, authorities urged travellers not to head to the airport unless directly contacted by their airline with a confirmed departure time.
Loud explosions were heard across several Gulf cities on Monday as Iran carried out strikes against countries hosting United States bases for the third consecutive day. The attacks come in response to US-Israeli air raids, as tensions continue to escalate across West Asia.
Witnesses reported hearing multiple blasts in Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Doha, Manama and Kuwait City, signalling a widening impact of the conflict across the region.
