DOMS Industries witnessed a major block deal on Wednesday, with promoter group-affiliated FILA Fabbrica Italiana selling a 7% stake in the stationery and art materials manufacturer through a transaction on the Stock Exchange (NSE).
The block deal was valued at approximately ₹935 crore. FILA Fabbrica Italiana sold 42.5 lakh shares of the company at an average price of ₹2,200.33 per share.
Domestic institutional investors participated in the transaction, with SBI Mutual Fund and Axis Mutual Fund emerging as buyers.
SBI Mutual Fund purchased 9.3 lakh shares of DOMS Industries for approximately ₹205 crore. Axis Mutual Fund acquired 3.6 lakh shares in the company for around ₹79.6 crore.
According to the deal details, the shares were sold at an average price of ₹2,200.33 apiece.
