The board of Page Industries Ltd. has approved its first interim dividend for financial year 2026 at the conclusion of its board meeting on Thursday, August 7.
Page Industries' board approved the first interim dividend of ₹150 per share.
This is the third instance of the company issuing a dividend to its shareholders in calendar year 2025, following a ₹200 per share dividend in May and a ₹150 per share payout in February this year. However, the latter two were for financial year 2025.
With this, the total dividend paid by Page Industries so far in calendar year 2025 stands at ₹500.
Record date for the payment of this first interim dividend has been fixed as August 13, 2025.
For the June quarter, Page Industries reported growth of 22% in its net profit from the same quarter last year, while revenue grew by 3% on a year-on-year basis.
Earnings Before Interest, Tax, Depreciation and Amortisation (EBITDA) for the quarter grew by 21% year-on-year, while margins grew over 300 basis points to 22.4% from 19%.
Shares of Page Industries ended 1% lower on Thursday at ₹45,830.
