Chalet Hotels reported a sharp jump in Q1 FY26 net profit to ₹203 crore, led by strong topline growth and one-time revenue recognition from a residential project in Bengaluru.
Chalet Hotels Ltd posted a multifold increase in net profit for the first quarter of FY26, coming in at ₹203.1 crore as compared to ₹60.4 crore in the same period last year.
Total income rose significantly to ₹894.5 crore, from ₹361 crore in Q1FY25.
Operating profit (EBITDA) rose to ₹357 crore from ₹140 crore, while margins improved to 39.9% from 38.8% a year ago.
The company recognised revenue of ₹439 crore during the quarter from its residential project in Bengaluru. This led to a one-time boost in the topline and bottom line for the quarter ended 30 June 2025.

Shares of Chalet Hotels ended 2.45% higher at ₹917 on the NSE ahead of the earnings release.
