State-run engineering firm Bharat Heavy Electricals Ltd (BHEL) on Wednesday (August 6) reported a net loss of ₹455.4 crore for the first quarter that ended June 30, 2025. In the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal, BHEL posted a net loss of ₹211 crore.
The company's revenue from operations increased 0.4% to ₹5,486.9 crore as against ₹5,484.9 crore in the corresponding period of the preceding fiscal.
The results came after the close of the market hours. Shares of Bharat Heavy Electricals Ltd ended at ₹239.65, down by ₹8.40 or 3.39% on the BSE.
