Bajaj Finserv has appointed Lakshmi Iyer as Group President – Investments, effective 1 August 2025. Iyer previously worked as the chief executive officer of investments and strategy at Kotak Alternate Asset Managers.
In an exchange filing, Kotak added that Iyer has 27 years of expertise in financial services across wealth advisory, strategy and product solutions spanning fixed income, real estate and alternatives.
Iyer was part of Kotak Group for about 20 years before she resigned.

In April this year, Rajeev Jain, the CEO of Bajaj Finance, was appointed as an additional director of Bajaj Finserv.
Previously, on June 6, institutions, both domestic and foreign, queued up to buy shares of Bajaj Finance parent Bajaj Finserv Ltd. in its block deal.
The company reported a Q4 net profit of ₹2,416.6 crore, up 14.1% compared to ₹2,118.5 crore (YoY). The revenue also went up 14.2%, rising to ₹36,595.4 crore, against ₹32,040.8 crore in the last cycle.
The company's shares are trading in red, down slightly, at ₹2,007.30 on the BSE.
