Authum Investment & Infrastructure Ltd on Saturday (December 6) said its Fund Raising Committee has approved the allotment of 40,00,000 non-cumulative non-convertible redeemable preference shares (NCRPS).
The allotment represents 40 lakh preference shares of face value ₹10 each. The NCRPS have been issued at an issue price of ₹1,000 per share, which includes a premium of ₹990 per share. The total fundraising aggregates to ₹400 crore.
The company said the 40 lakh NCRPS have been allotted to Mentor Capital Limited, the promoter of the company, on a private placement basis.

Last month, the Authum Investment & Infrastructure board had approved a bonus share issue in the ratio of 4:1, meaning investors will receive four fully paid-up equity shares for every one share held as on the record date. The announcement came after the company’s board meeting on November 28, 2025.
The company plans to issue 67.94 crore new equity shares of face value ₹1 each. Post-issue, the paid-up equity capital will rise to 84.92 crore shares from 16.98 crore shares. It stated that the bonus issue will be carried out through capitalisation of free reserves, securities premium and/or the capital redemption reserve.
Authum has free reserves and a premium of ₹8,880.02 crore available as of September 30, 2025, while the bonus issue will require ₹84.92 crore. Bonus shares are expected to be credited on or before January 26, 2026. Along with the bonus proposal, the board cleared an increase in the company’s authorised share capital from ₹100 crore to ₹128 crore, with corresponding changes to the Memorandum of Association.
