MTAR Technologies has received orders worth ₹194 crore from Megha Engineering & Infrastructures Ltd (MEIL) for the supply of end fittings and associated components for the civil nuclear power sector.

The company disclosed the development in filings to the BSE and NSE under SEBI’s Listing Regulations. The order, awarded by a domestic customer, will be executed by April 2028. MTAR clarified that neither its promoters nor group companies have any interest in MEIL, and the contract does not fall under related-party transactions.

According to Managing Director Parvat Srinivas Reddy, these orders form part of ₹504 crore in confirmed orders for the Kaiga 5 & 6 reactors. He added that the company expects to secure the remaining orders shortly and sees strong growth potential in the civil nuclear segment due to favourable industry tailwinds.

MTAR, which operates nine manufacturing units in Hyderabad, serves sectors including civil nuclear power, fuel cells, hydel, space, and defence, and has long-standing relationships with major domestic and global OEMs.
