Apple iPad Air and Pro 2024 launch will be similar to the new MacBook Airs, as Apple is not expected to have a launch event for the products.

Apple has launched new MacBook Air models recently but it seems everyone is now eagerly waiting for the new iPad Pro and Air 6 models to be announced. Many reports have suggested that the company will not have a launch event for these products, just like the Mac Airs, and just release it via a press note.

That’s not all, many also have pointed out that the new iPad Pro and Air models could be announced on March 26, which does seem quite possible, going by Apple’s previous iPad launch timelines during the Spring season. However, we are now being told that Apple is still in the shipping process for the new units, which means the company is unlikely to bring the new iPads to the market this month. The report from Bloomberg suggests the 2024 iPad Pro and iPad Air 6 lineup will be launching in the first week of April, which is not far away from now.

The company has seen the demand for iPads come down, which clearly reflects in its recent financial data for the device. But Apple is ready to push the levels in 2024 and ensure the iPads have a clear identity, starting from the base iPad and going up to the iPad Pro variants.

IPAD AIR AND PRO 2024 Launch: What We Expect To See

The new iPad Air and Pro models could get a design refresh which is long overdue. Apple wants to dish out the M2 chipset for the iPad Air, which is likely to be offered in 10.9-inch and even a 12.9-inch version which will be first for the Air tablet series. We’re eager to see if the bigger screen model finds takers, especially when it is expected to cost a lot.

Apple wants to dish out the M2 chipset for the iPad Air, which is likely to be offered in 10.9-inch and even a 12.9-inch version which will be first for the Air tablet series. Talking about the iPad Pro, expect Apple to go berserk with M3 chip, OLED display and changes to its design to compliment the inevitable price bump for the lineup.

There is no denying that Apple has complicated matters for itself with a convoluted catalogue of iPads in the market, hopefully these new products make it simpler for the buyers.
