A dramatic encounter at Wroclaw Zoo has gone viral after a tiny 13-kg deer was seen boldly taking on a much larger rival, a nearly 1.7-tonne rhinoceros inside the zoo enclosure.
Footage shared by AFP shows the deer standing its ground as the massive rhino approaches, creating a striking David-versus-Goliath moment. Despite the huge size difference, the deer appears calm and uninjured, even emerging confidently after the brief confrontation.

Zoo officials said no animals were harmed in the incident, which has since drawn widespread attention online for the unlikely display of courage by the much smaller animal.
