Senior leaders of the ist Congress Party (NCP), including Maharashtra Deputy Chief Minister Sunetra Pawar, met Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis on Tuesday to demand a CBI investigation into the Ajit Pawar plane crash.
The crash that took place on January 28 in Baramati, killed five people on board.
Questions about the crash had earlier been raised several times by Rohit Pawar, Ajit’s nephew. Now, Ajit’s wife, Sunetra Pawar, has also called for a CBI probe, intensifying demands for a thorough investigation.
