TCS | India's largest IT services exporter, Tata Consultancy Services Ltd (TCS) said its board of directors will meet on July 9, 2026, to consider financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026.

Hindustan Zinc Ltd | The Vedanta Group company signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Advantek Associates LLP and Aero Eagle Automobiles Pvt Ltd to explore the adoption of green hydrogen and other clean energy solutions across its operations.

Info Edge (India) Ltd | The company said its artificial intelligence startup portfolio has grown to ₹1,268 crore from investments of ₹614 crore across 28 companies, delivering a 2.1x multiple and an estimated gross internal rate of return (IRR) of 31%.

Bharat Electronics Ltd | The state-run defence electronics company said it has received additional orders worth ₹1,081 crore since its last disclosure on May 25, 2026. The orders include communication equipment, radars, CBRN protection systems, seekers, avionics, upgrades, spares and services.

GHV Infra Projects Ltd | The infra company said, it has received a work order from GHV (India) Private Ltd valued at approximately ₹213 crore, including GST. The order covers composite works involving civil, electrical, mechanical and signal & telecom segments.

JSW Infrastructure Ltd | Sajjan Jindal-owned infra company on Monday (June 22) said its Finance Committee has approved the opening of its qualified institutions placement (QIP) on June 22, 2026. The committee has fixed the floor price at ₹290.35 per equity share.

APAR Industries Ltd | Metallurgical and chemical engineering firm said its wholly owned subsidiary, APAR Industries Middle East Ltd, KSA, has signed an agreement with the Saudi Aramco Base Oil Company.

Birla Corporation Ltd | The company said its Bikram Coal Mine in Burhar, Shahdol district of Madhya Pradesh, has commenced commercial production of coal with effect from June 22, 2026.
