Sensex Today | Stock Market LIVE Updates: The Indian markets look keen on recovering from the losses as the Nifty index trades 30 points higher at 25,500. The Nifty Bank index is outperforming the benchmark, with gains of over 300 points, rising above the 61,000 mark.

Sensex Today | Stock Market LIVE Updates: While the earnings season may be over there is no shortage of reasons to keep an eye in the trading session these days. The escalating tensions between US and Iran and the subsequent surge in crude oil prices to a 6-month high, taking the price of oil to $72 per barrel.
As for the Indian markets, the struggle is only going to intensify further after a Sensex expiry session that saw the Nifty give up all the gains attained this week, all in a single session, with a colossal 350 point decline.
Broader markets also declined sharply in line with the benchmarks, with the Nifty Midcap 100 and Nifty Smallcap 100 indices falling 1.6% and 1.27%, respectively.
The US markets largely closed in green with all major indices declining by under 0.50%.
In this interesting session, some of the stocks to watch out for include petroleum stocks, Waaree Energies, UPL, Texmaco and more.
