Stock Market LIVE Updates: It's a tricky day at Dalal Street as the markets fell sharply from the highs but remain in green. The Nifty is below the 23,000 mark, while trading higher. Infosys, TCS and Ultratech are top gainers,and are at least 2% up each.
Sensex Today | Stock Market LIVE Updates: The markets are soaring with heavy gains, as the markets look to recover from the week's opening slump. The Nifty is up over 200 points, jumping to 23,100. The Sensex is up over 750 points, rising to 74,600.
The biggest event of the day, though, is the Jio Platforms IPO, the ₹30,213 crore issue. The Jio IPO has been subscribed nearly 0.58x so far.
22,800 on the downside is key for the Nifty, breaking which, levels of 22,550 - 22,750 open up on the downside. Any recovery may find a hurdle at 23,000. For the Nifty Bank, the range remains between 55,000 - 56,000.
The Nifty Bank is also up, surging over 300 points, meanwhile, the Midcap index remain behind.
Result reactions also continue with Bajaj Finance, IREDA, and others reacting to their numbers. Eternal, KEI Industries, SRF, are some of the major results today.
