Sensex Today | Stock Market LIVE Updates: On the upside, sustaining above 24,850 and then move towards 25,000 will be key for the index. 59,500 on the downside and 60,000 higher up are the key levels for the Nifty Bank.

Sensex Today | Stock Market LIVE Updates: Indian equities resume trading after Tuesday's holiday but there is still no signs of any de-escalation with regards to the US-Iran war. The weekly expiry on Monday managed to save the Nifty the blushes as it recovered 200 points from the lows, and the bulls will be hoping for something similar today as well. Overnight, the Dow recovered as much as 800 points from the lows, but still ended 400 points lower.
The futures this morning are also down in the red. Brent crude is back above $80 a barrel, while Gold and Silver prices sold off on Tuesday. For the Nifty, Monday's low of 24,603 will be the most important level on the downside, followed by the February 1 low of 24,571.
On the upside, sustaining above 24,850 and then moving towards 25,000 will be key for the index. 59,500 on the downside and 60,000 higher up are the key levels for the Nifty Bank.
Keep an eye on stocks like Petronet LNG, JSW Infra, L&T, HAL and all the oil sensitives and defence names.
