The Nifty Bank, along with all sectoral indices have opened with gains as well. The Nifty Bank has opened below Wednesday's high. 97 stocks on the Nifty 100, 193 on the Nifty 200 and 479 stocks on the Nifty 500 have opened with gains on Thursday. Earnings reactions are in focus with HDB Financial surging close to 12% reacting to its results. On the flip side, shares of Tejas Networks are down 5% in response to its fifth straight quarterly loss. Wipro, Angel One, CRISIL, HDFC Life are some of the other companies reporting results today.
