Sensex Today | Stock Market LIVE Updates: The Nifty defended the 200-DMA on the downside, rebounded from the low of 25,327, and two, it closed above the 25,400 mark. That 200-DMA becomes the most important level on the downside at the start of the mid-week trade.

Sensex Today | Stock Market LIVE Updates: The March F&O series begins from today. Despite the ₹3.5 lakh crore sell-off on Tuesday and a screen full of red, there were two main positives to take, if any.
One, the index defended the 200-DMA on the downside, rebounded from the low of 25,327, and two, it closed above the 25,400 mark. That 200-DMA becomes the most important level on the downside at the start of the mid-week trade.
There is, however, a case for a rebound too. Wall Street had a relief rally overnight. Software stocks, in the eye of the storm, also saw a rebound. Indian IT names, which saw a ₹1.1 lakh crore rout on Tuesday, could see some relief after the overnight developments linked to Anthropic.
These IT stocks are also heavily "oversold" on the charts. Focus this morning will also be on Donald Trump's state of the union address. Block deals and OFS' are back with earnings ending. Aditya Vision, IRFC, Dixon, Premier and Waaree Energies are some stocks that should be on your radar.
