Sensex Today | Stock Market LIVE Updates: Yesterday's session was a repeat of what happened on Monday, as after an indication for a gap down and a red start, the Nifty managed to close the day higher. Meanwhile, the broader markets outperformed, with the Nifty Midcap 100 rising 0.27% and the Smallcap index gaining 0.56%.

Sensex Today | Stock Market LIVE Updates: 'Momentum' is that one word that the bulls are in search of as the markets fail to get the impetus needed to climb to higher levels. In today's session, after yesterday's expiry day volatility, the Nifty index looks to go past the 25,800 mark.
Yesterday's session was a repeat of what happened on Monday, as after an indication for a gap down and a red start, the Nifty managed to close the day higher. Meanwhile, the broader markets outperformed, with the Nifty Midcap 100 rising 0.27% and the Smallcap index gaining 0.56%.
As for Nifty, even as 26,000 remains the next major level in focus, the index will look to protect the 25,600 at the lower levels.
Some of the stocks to watch out for include Eternal, Hexaware, Dilip Buildcon, Dabur, Infosys, HAL, Bhel, Vedanta, Hindalco, JSW among others.
