State Bank of India said it will sign a €150-million line of credit with KfW, the German development bank, for financing climate-friendly energy generation projects, according to an exchange filing on Monday, December 15.

The bank said the agreement will be signed on December 16, 2025, at the KfW headquarters in Frankfurt.

The shares of the lender have ended 0.3% in the session on Monday. The stock has gained 21.91% in the past six months and 21.8% in the year so far.

India's largest lender reported an increase of 3% year-on-year in net interest income (NII) or core income basis to ₹42,985 crore in the quarter ended September. Net profit for the quarter also increased by 10% from the same quarter last year to ₹20,160 crore.
