Ready to address concerns on nuclear programme: Iran's Foreign Minister

In an exclusive interview with India Today, Iran's Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi discussed the country's nuclear programme, US sanctions, and regional security tensions. He said Iran is ready to address any concerns and build confidence on its nuclear programme in exchange for termination of sanctions. Addressing US hostility, the official said, 'Everything began from the Islamic revolution in Iran' 47 years ago, claiming Americans have been fed misinformation mostly by Israeli lobbyists. The official warned that military options would not lead to Iran's capitulation, citing a recent 12-day conflict with Israel that ended in an unconditional ceasefire. He cautioned that any military action could result in a devastating regional war, as American bases are scattered across the region.
