The company has guided for FY26 bookings to be worth ₹32,500 crore, with 10 million square feet worth of deliveries in the pipeline. The company has guided for FY26 bookings to be worth ₹32,500 crore, with 10 million square feet worth of deliveries in the pipeline. Earnings reactions have been on the extreme end with shares of Godrej Agrovet declining over 12%, while those of Phoenix Mills are down 8%. Both are the top two losers on the Nifty 500 index. Indus Towers shares are also down 6% after a delay in its proposed shareholder enhancement measures. On the other hand, shares of Newgen Software are off the highs of the day, but are still trading with gains of 8.5% ahead of its quarterly results announcement. RailTel Corporation, the Railway PSU, is trading 9.5% higher and is the top gainer on the Nifty 500 index.
