A new video released by the White House has taken the internet by surprise. On Saturday, US President Donald Trump’s team shared a 15-minute animated video titled “Lo-fi MAGA Video to Relax/Study To“, styled after the popular lo-fi music streams that students and professionals love for background focus.

But instead of the usual anime girl studying by the window, this version stars a cartoon Trump sitting at the Resolute Desk, calmly signing papers while soft beats play in the background. On the right side of the screen, a scroll of text lists the Trump administration’s achievements from the first 100 days of his second term.

The text notes that Trump has signed 143 executive orders so far this year, addressing issues such as undocumented immigration, birthright citizenship, and the removal of DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) programmes from the military.

The video, shared on the official White House YouTube channel, is part of what officials describe as a new strategy to present government information in “innovative ways" while marking the milestone of Trump’s early second-term progress.

One message even claims he has launched “the largest deportation operation in US history." The video’s overall theme? “Promises made, promises kept."

But it’s the internet’s reaction that really made the clip go viral. “LMAO the official White House YouTube is seriously live streaming a “Lo-Fi MAGA Video to Relax/Study to." It’s just anime Trump beside an ongoing list of his accomplishments. 🤣 WHO IS THE INTERN ??? 😭," one user joked on X.

Another commented: “There isn’t enough Lo-fi MAGA Videos (or music) in the world that will help me to relax or study to."

Still, some admitted the quirky approach worked. “Not gonna lie, been listening to LoFi MAGA since it dropped," one user confessed.

Others weren’t convinced. “Trump’s MAGA-Lofi is crazy. Terrible music with AI studio Ghibli style Donald Trump, and propaganda scrolling on the right-hand side. Utterly ridiculous," another post read.
