Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Tuesday held a conversation with newly elected German Chancellor Friedrich Merz and said that India and Germany stay united to fight against terrorism.
He further said that that he is looking forward to work together to further cement the India-Germany Strategic Partnership.
“Spoke to Chancellor @_FriedrichMerz and congratulated him on assuming office. Reaffirmed our commitment to further strengthen the Strategic Partnership between India and Germany. Exchanged views on regional and global developments. We stand united in the fight against terrorism," PM Modi said in a post on X.
