Pace Digitek Ltd has informed exchanges that its material subsidiary, Lineage Power Private Ltd, has secured a purchase order worth ₹1,587.10 million (including GST) from Reliance Industries Ltd for the supply of lithium-ion battery packs.
The order involves the supply of Li-ion 48V 15S1P 314 AH battery packs, stated the exchange filing. Awarded by a domestic entity, the contract is to be executed within India, with delivery scheduled for completion by August 31, 2026.
The company clarified that neither its promoter nor promoter group companies have any interest in the awarding entity. It also stated that the order does not fall within related party transactions.
Last week, Pace Digitek announced another order win by its material subsidiary. Lineage Power Private Ltd received a purchase order worth $1.35 million from Saudi Arabia-based Yaqin Chem for the supply of four mobile Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) mounted on gooseneck trailers.

The BESS units include 200 KW–1200 KWH battery configuration and 200 KW–2500 KWH battery configuration, further strengthening the subsidiary’s presence in the energy storage solutions segment.
Shares of Pace Digitek Ltd ended lower on Monday, February 23, by 1.24% at ₹181.68 on the NSE.
