M&M sold 1.03 lakh vehicles in July, while exports surged 47%. Scorpio diesel remained its top-selling utility vehicle with over 15,500 units sold.

Mahindra & Mahindra’s (M&M) total sales rose 24.8% year on year to 1,02,710 units in July 2026, compared with 82,297 units in the same month last year, according to the company’s monthly sales data. Total production increased 20.4% to 1,01,954 units from 84,667 units.
Exports, meanwhile, rose 47.4% year on year to 4,159 units from 2,821 units.
Scorpio leads Mahindra’s utility vehicle sales
Among individual models, the Scorpio diesel recorded the highest sales volume, with 15,562 units sold in July compared with 12,933 units a year earlier. Production was increased to 13,876 units from 13,397 units, while 43 units were exported.
Sales of the Thar and Thar Roxx diesel were recorded at 9,926 units, up from 8,880 units in July 2025. The Bolero diesel also saw higher volumes, with sales rising to 9,336 units from 7,513 units.
The XUV3XO petrol recorded sales of 6,239 units, compared with 5,484 units a year earlier. Its production was increased to 7,023 units from 6,892 units, while exports rose to 704 units from 614 units.

Electric SUV and commercial vehicle volumes
Sales of the Electric Origin SUV increased to 6,465 units in July from 4,008 units a year earlier. Production was raised to 5,810 units from 4,293 units, while exports increased to 34 units from one unit.
Commercial vehicle sales were recorded at 28,124 units in July, compared with 22,951 units in the year-earlier period.
Within the commercial vehicle portfolio, the Treo electric in the 3W-Passenger segment recorded the highest sales volume at 7,610 units. The figure was broadly unchanged from 7,613 units a year earlier.
The Udo electric recorded sales of 5,020 units in July, compared with no sales in the corresponding month last year. Production of the model stood at 4,828 units.
Exports rise across select models
Overall exports increased to 4,159 units from 2,821 units in July 2025. The highest export volume among the models listed was recorded by the XUV3XO petrol at 704 units, followed by the Electric Origin SUV at 34 units.
Exports of the Thar, Thar Roxx, Bolero and Scorpio remained at zero or relatively low levels during the month, according to the company’s model-wise data.
