M&M Financial Services Q2 disbursements rise 22% YoY to ₹16,490 crore

Non-bank lender Mahindra & Mahindra Financial Services Ltd said on Friday that it estimated its overall disbursements at approximately ₹16,490 crore for Q2 FY27, registering around 22% year-on-year growth.

For H1 FY27, disbursements are estimated at approximately ₹32,050 crore, also marking around 22% YoY growth. The figures exclude finance lease.

Business assets stood at approximately ₹1,46,300 crore as of September 2026, growing around 15% from September 2025.

The company's collection efficiency is estimated at 97% for Q2 FY27, compared with 96% in Q2 FY26.

As of September 30, 2026, Stage-3 assets are estimated at 3.35%-3.45%, compared with 3.45% as of June 30, 2026, and 3.94% as of September 30, 2025. Stage-2 assets are estimated at 4.7%-4.8%, versus 4.9% as of June 30, 2026, and 5.8% as of September 30, 2025.

M&M Financial Services said it continued to have a comfortable liquidity position on its balance sheet, with a liquidity chest of over ₹16,200 crore.

Approves ₹2,000 crore non-convertible debenture issue

The current business updates come as earlier, on Sep 24, in a separate development, the firm said it has approved the issuance of up to ₹2,000 crore of secured, rated, listed, redeemable non-convertible debentures (NCDs) through private placement.

The issue has a base size of ₹1,000 crore and a green shoe option of an additional ₹1,000 crore. The company will issue up to 2,00,000 NCDs with a face value of ₹1 lakh each. The NCDs will carry a fixed coupon of 7.95% per annum and will be listed on the Wholesale Debt Market Segment of BSE Ltd.

The debentures will have a tenure of 2 years and 364 days, or 1,095 days, from the deemed date of allotment. The deemed date of allotment is September 29, 2026, while the maturity date is September 28, 2029.

Shares of Mahindra & Mahindra Financial Services closed at ₹320 on October 1.
