Kotak Mahindra Bank has announced that its Board of Directors will convene on Saturday, May 3, 2025, to consider and approve the Standalone and Consolidated Audited Financial Results of the Bank for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2025.
According to a regulatory filing with the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and the Stock Exchange of India (NSE), the board will also be considering the recommendation of a dividend, if any, on equity shares for the financial year concluded on March 31, 2025.
The announcement was made in compliance with Regulation 29(1) and Regulation 50(1) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
In line with SEBI's (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the Bank's Trading Code of Conduct, the trading window for dealing in the bank's securities has been closed since Tuesday, April 1, 2025. It will reopen 48 hours after the declaration of the aforementioned financial results.
