In an exclusive interview with India Today, Israeli Foreign Minister Gideon Sa'ar discussed the ongoing conflict with Iran and said Tehran's missile attack on an Israeli hospital was a war crime.

Slamming Iran's attack on hospital, Gideon Sa'ar said, "Today it's a hospital. It's a civil hospital. And the building that was hit is the surgery building, when usually medical teams and doctors are battling to save people's life, and then here Iran wanted to take human life. So, it is clearly a war crime, but it demonstrates their approach in general and is while we are attacking military objective, nuclear program objectives, missiles objectives, they deliberately attacking only civilians."

He defended Israel's preemptive strike on Iran, claiming Tehran was close to nuclear capability. He also addressed concerns about civilian casualties in Gaza and Iran, and discusses the potential for the conflict to widen across the region.
